Can you fix a front door that has warped?
Depends on how far. Mild warping can often be handled with hinge and strike adjustment and better weatherstrip. Severe warping on a solid wood slab usually means replacing the slab, which can be hung in the existing frame.
Water comes in under my front door when it rains hard. Why?
The sweep and threshold are not sealing, and often the sill pan underneath has failed or was never there. In Jackson County the rain comes in hard and sideways, so the seal has to work under pressure.
Why does my front door stick in summer and not in winter?
