What to have ready
None of this is essential, but it makes the call faster and the answer more useful:
- What kind of door it is: sliding, French, storefront, entry, interior.
- What it is doing, in your own words. Sticking, jumping, will not latch, draft, water inside.
- Whether it changed suddenly or got worse gradually.
- Whether it is worse in a particular season.
- A photo of the bottom rail, the track, or the frame where it looks wrong.
Tell us what the door is doing and we will tell you what it needs. No guesswork over the phone, no pressure.

Businesses and property managers
If an entrance will not lock or an automatic door is behaving unsafely, say so when you call so it gets prioritised properly. We schedule around trading hours where we can.
